Everyone has seen the infomercials on YouTube with models and actresses saying that Wen by Chaz Cleansing Conditioner is their new “go-to” product for daily hair care. You can’t argue with their results, as their hair is long, luscious and shiny. Women all over are giving this popular product a go, and one beauty blogger, Emily McClure decided to take a week to try the product and document her results in an article for “Bustle” titled “I Used Cleansing Cleansing Conditioner On My Fine Hair & Here’s What Happened’, https://www.bustle.com/articles/136320-i-used-cleansing-cleansing-conditioner-on-my-fine-hair-heres-what-happened.
Emily is not a celebrity, so she is highly relatable when she tells of her experience using the Cleansing Conditioner on her fine, oily hair. She photographs her days when her hair looked stunning right after using the product and the days when her hair looked flat and oily if she shampooed the night before. The end of the seven-day trial revealed that for those with oily hair should be prepared to shampoo every or evening before a night out if you want to keep that bouncy, shiny look going strong.
Wen by Chaz Cleansing Conditioner comes in many versions. Emily used a bottle of the Fig variety; however, there are others such as the Amazon best selling Sweet Almond Mint, Spring Honey Lilac, and Lavender that are also popular. Wen by Chaz makes a variety of luscious products for hair and body, that clean without stripping color or dulling natural shine. Depending on your hair type, the selection you make from the brand’s products, and how and when you use it, your personal results may vary.

Anthony Petrello is the president and CEO of Nabors Industries. He is also a member of Texas Children’s Hospital Board of Trustees. Antony and his wife, Cynthia, donated $5 million and pledged $7 million in a fundraising effort to support a research initiative for kids with neurological diseases at Texas Children’s Hospital.
Their philanthropy is inspired by adversity. Caren, the couple’s eight-year old daughter, suffers from periventricular leukomalacia (PVL). She was diagnosed with the disease, common in infants, at birth. The neurological disease, which is brought about by lack of oxygen and/or blood flow to the brain, caused cerebral palsy and other delayed developmental issues to Caren. After numerous repetitions, their daughter has mastered how to chew food. She is also learning how to walk.
Anthony Petrello understands the frustration of parents living with kids suffering from neurological diseases. Recently, he conducted a research on different pediatric institutions across the country. Petrello learnt that parents would go out of the way if they were assured half a chance of their kids’ recovery. He realized that something needed to be done to rescue the situation. To demonstrate their commitment to helping other parents cope with these diseases, the couple decided to support the Neurological Research Institute (NRI) at Texas Children’s Center where their daughter is receiving treatment. Texas Children’s Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine developed NRI to foster research collaboration of between 30 and 40 faculties, clinicians and scientists. They seek to develop treatments for neurological diseases in children.
Tony Petrello joined Nabors Industries, the largest drilling contractor worldwide, in 1991. He was appointed to serve as a member of the board of directors. In addition, Tony serves as the chairperson of the executive committee of the board. Over the years, he has held several positions in the company, including being the chief operating officer and deputy chairman. He is in charge of developing strategic plans that enable the company to thrive in the highly competitive industry. Tony is also a director of Hilcorp Energy and Stewart & Stevenson LLC. At Baker & McKenzie’s New York office, the executive served as a managing partner.
Securus Technologies Inc., a distinguished provider of criminal justice and public safety technology solutions in the US has entered in a supremacy battle with its main competitor Global Tel Link (GTL). This was after GTL announced that their services are of the same standard with those Securus provides. While responding to this malicious claim, Securus chief executive officer, Mr. Richard A. Smith called upon GTL to accept the challenge of having a private judge decide which company is superior regarding using sophisticated and modern technology which guarantees quality services to their clients.
He added that Securus in the last four years had reinvested more than $700 million in acquiring new companies, enhancing their products through modern technology, and developing state of the art customer service center while GTL had invested very little in modernizing their services.
Securus has developed comprehensive products for correctional facilities in the US.
iii. Securus has its trained technicians while GTL depends on contractors to carry out its operations who do not have the same commitment to serving their clients.
Securus has also developed the largest VOIP calling platform in the world for correctional facilities which enables them to provide quality calling rates at lower rates as compared to GTL’s institution based platform.
Former GTL customers who have migrated to Securus have confessed of being frustrated with their services.
Securus Technologies Inc. is based in Dallas Texas. Since its inauguration in 1986, Securus has developed to one of the leading provider of criminal justice and public safety technology solutions. A lot more companies are choosing to market their products to the upcoming generation often referred to as millennials. This was the case when Evolution of Smooth decided to reinvent the lip balm. The team behind this company took a look at what areas of industry might be ripe for improvement when they noticed that the lip balm products available in the oral care industry had not been changed since their inception. In fact, with Chapstick as the primary manufacturer there was very little competition in this field. In an online article by Fast Company the founders of EOS lip balm discuss the strategies they used to propel their unknown company into the spotlight.
Creating the Right Product
Co-founder Sanjiv Mehra is quick to let people know their company did not start out by using a lot of advertising. Instead the team at EOS lip balm decided to focus on the aspects of creation and distribution. This strategy proved to be just what the market needed to get their product noticed. Part of the success of their lip balm lies in the organic ingredients used to make them.
As a company that currently sells more than a million lip balms a week, the strategy to focus on women as their audience of choice has definitely paid off. The small spherical design of the container was meant to appeal to woman’s sense of fashion. The containers( see, https://evolutionofsmooth.com/lip-balm/smooth-spheres.html.) as well as the balms themselves, come in a variety of colors and flavors to delight and engage all of the senses. Once the lip balms made it onto the shelves of major stores and online on Amazon and eBay, they were quickly picked up by celebrities who further rocketed the company into success.
Kim Dao released a video where she shows what her old apartment in Tokyo, Japan was like. The apartment, like many in Japan, is really rather small and also expensive. She chose this apartment in part because it came fully furnished. She chose to move out because it wasn’t in a good location and because of the rent amount.
The first thing you come across when you go through the door is the mailbox, and the area to put your shoes. Kim Dao also had a little storage area to hold things like towels, shower caps, and a hair dryer.
She had a very small room that held her washing machine as well as the vacuum cleaner that Kim Dao owns. The nearby bathroom is also very small, but does at least have space for a tub. The toilet is in a smaller, nearby room.
The kitchen that Kim Dao had in this apartment, much like all the other rooms, is small with little storage room. For some items like pots and pans she needed to hang them from the walls.
Her bedroom includes a bed, a coffee table, desk, and large dresser. She does have one window in the bedroom which looks over the quiet neighborhood that Kim Dao lived in. She also has a dresser which includes tons of makeup filling the top and drawers as well as hair accessories and other fashion items. She says even though every room in the apartment was small it was decent for a single person.
